Living well today —
an investment in your tomorrow.

The practice of longevity

Longevity isn't a destination. It's a daily practice, built one session at a time. At Q Wellness Collective, that means one continuum of care: prevention, rehabilitation and restoration, for anyone managing an injury, building strength and mobility, or simply seeking stillness.

A class-based studio inside the Kew medical centre — Functional Pilates, tai chi, yoga, balance, bone & muscle health and breathwork — together with Harmony Chinese Medicine and Osteopathy. One address, one professional team, one collective.

Our Philosophy

Different ways of working — working together for the same goal, you.

i. Prevention

The least visible of our work, building core, muscle and bone strength, and training balance and posture, before the body is ever forced to ask for help.

ii. Rehabilitation

The careful, structured work of returning a body to function after injury, surgery, illness, or long compensation.

iii. Restoration

After rehabilitation, restoring your body and your confidence. Setting your goals for an active and independent life.

How We Work

We work as a collective — consulting on shared cases, and shaping one another's thinking. No single discipline answers every need; together, we hold the whole person.

What we hold in common

A passion for helping people and a mastery of our individual disciplines — earned through years of training, refined through years of practice, and offered with the unhurried care each body deserves.

How clients move through us

Clients move between practitioners as the work demands: from prevention into rehabilitation, from rehabilitation into the longer restoration.
